Here's one: (launch and superjump) -> JP -> SK -> SP -> SP -> (pause) -> FP -> RK -> (land on the ground, then normaljump forward) -> JP -> (optional SK)(pause) -> SP -> SP -> (pause) -> FP (land on the ground, normaljump forward) , etc. The key to his infinite is the pauses. Once you get the hang of it almost any combo you can come up can become an infinite. Spiderman's infinites are much more limited: (launch and superjump) -> JP -> SK -> SP -> FK -> (pause) -> FP -> (as you are about to land, do a RK, then land) -> SP -> 1 hit Spider sting -> (dash forward) -> SP -> 1 hit Spider Sting -> (dash forward), etc. Basically you're juggling with the spider sting after an OTG RK. Another spidey infinite is (launch and superjump) -> JP -> SP -> web ball -> JP -> SP -> web ball, etc. This is _hard_, and I've only seen in once done to more than 30 hits. Wolverine --------- Relaunch: Standing Roundhouse /\ SJ.Strong -> SJ.Divekick -> SJ.Fierce -> SJ.Roundhouse \/ Standing Roundhouse /\ repeat. Note: This is the simplest way of doing it, you can add a ton more hits if you want. You can do this from corner to corner on ALL stages, although long stages and Shuma's stage is by far the easiest. Normal Jump: Standing Roundhouse /\ SJ.Strong -> SJ.Divekick -> SJ.Fierce -> SJ.Roundhouse \/ Normal Jump Jab -> Short -> Strong -> Fierce -> Roundhouse, land and repeat normal jump sequence. Note: This infinite has a BILLION setups. You can do it off of any OTG hit, off of a ton of air combos, off of super, etc. Spiderman --------- Normal Jump: Strong /\ SJ.Short -> SJ.Strong -> SJ.Forward -> SJ.Fierce -> SJ.Roundhouse (OTG) \/ Normal Jump Jab -> Short -> Strong -> Forward \/ Normal Jump Jab-> Short -> Strong -> Forward, etc. This combo is VERY hard, but also his most practical one as it will work against anyone and on any part of the screen. There are two main 'secrets' to know: First, do the air combo slow as possible. Timing should be something like short, strong, pause, forward, fierce, pause, roundhouse, jump up wiht jab as possible and go from there. This combo also has a billion other setups, but this is the best one as the opponent can't escape it. Web Ball: Strong /\ SJ.Short -> SJ.Strong -> SJ.Forward XX Web Ball, Jumping Jab -> Forward \/ Standing Strong /\ SJ.Short -> SJ.Strong -> SJ.Forward XX Web Ball, Jumping Jab -> Forward, etc Note: By far the hardest part of this combo is timing the Jab after the web ball and getting it to combo. There are a lot of intricacies to this combo, such as it will often uncombo - but we'll just skip that for now. Spider-Sting: Standing Strong XX Strong Spider Sting (1 hit), Standing Forward -> Standing Roundhouse xx Jab Spider Sting (1 hit), Standing Forward -> Standing Roundhouse xx Jab Spider Sting, etc Note: Again, this has a billion setups and variations, but I like this one the best. Captain America --------------- Charging Star: Standing Fierce XX Short Charging Star, Standing Jab -> Standing Fierce XX Short Charging Star, etc. Note: It's SOMETHING like that I think. I haven't played him in a while, so I might be off, might be forward charging star or something or maybe it's different dependant on characters, i forget. Normal Jump: Strong /\ SJ.Jab -> SJ.Short -> SJ.Strong -> SJ.Forward -> SJ.Fierce(FS) -> SJ.Roundhouse(FS) \/ Normal Jump Jab -> Strong -> Fierce -> Roundhouse, Normal Jump Jab -> Strong -> Fierce -> Roundhouse, etc. Note: There are a couple of other setups for this one as well, but I think this one is the easiest, it's been a while. Magneto ------- Relaunch: Launch /\ SJ.Jab -> SJ.DN.Short, SJ.DN.Short, SJ.DN.Short, SJ.DN.Short -> SJ.Forward \/ Launch, SJ. Jab -> SJ.DN.Short, SJ.DN.Short, SJ.DN.Short, SJ.Forward \/ Launch, etc Note: Can go from corner to corner with this one also, timing is about the same as it is in XSF. Hyper Grav: Hyper Grav, Standing Roundhouse (1 hit) XX Hyper Grav, Standing Roundhouse (1 hit) XX Hyper Grav, etc. Note: Only against the lightest characters and in the corner I do believe. Normal Jump: Hyper Grav, Normal Jump Jab -> DN.Short -> Strong, Normal Jump jab -> DN.Short -> Strong, etc. I'm pretty sure this only works on Juggernaut and or Hulk. I found this a really long time ago, before MvC2 even so I don't remember much about it - except that you can go from corner to corner with it. Iron Man -------- Normal Jump: Standing Fierce XX Unibeam, Normal Jump Jab -> Strong -> Up+Fierce, Normal Jump Jab -> Strong -> Up+Fierce, etc Note: Have the opponent in the corner when you do Standing Fierce and hold straight up when you do the normal jumping part. This is the setup for the light to middle weight people. For heavier people there is a different setup that goes something like: Dashing Short, Forward XX Repulsor Blast, Low Short (OTG) XX Repulsor Blast, Normal Jump Jab -> Strong -> Up+Fierce, etc. Something like that at least. Relaunch: Launch /\ SJ.Jab -> SJ.Short -> SJ.Strong, SJ.Jab -> SJ.Strong -> SJ.Up+Fierce \/ Launch /\ SJ.Jab -> SJ.Strong, SJ.Jab -> SJ.Strong -> SJ.Up+Fierce \/ Launch, etc Note: Only works against Juggernaut I do believe (maybe Hulk?), Corner only i think too. Doesn't work on home (psx, saturn) versions cause of how butchered Iron Man's Jab is. Air Dash: I saw a vide of this but I haven't ever tested it - something like standing forward xx super jump, air dash down/toward and hit jab, strong, land and hit standing forward xx superjump, blah blah. Juggernaut ---------- Earthquake: Dashing Jab XX Earthquake, Dashing Jab XX Earthquake. It's something like that - I HELLA forget - might have to play around with it some. It all revolves around the Earthquake and being able to hit them after that and buffer back into Earthquake. Blackheart ---------- Relaunch: Low Strong XX Air Dash Short -> Strong -> Forward \/ Standing Short -> Low Strong XX Air Dash Short -> Strong -> Forward \/ Standing Short, etc Note: Okay...Hit low strong then hit all 3 kicks to super jump then tap toward twice to air dash and press short, strong, forward spaced out as much as possible. You should land first and do standing short so that it hits them while they are airborne, chain that back into low strong and repeat. When I found it, I got it to work best against Hulk I think. Hulk ---- Relaunch: Low Fierce XX Gamma Crush, Gamma Crush, \/ Low Fierce XX Gamma Crush, Gamma Crush, \/ Low Fierce, etc Note: Same as in MvC2. Shuma Gorath: There are 2 videos for him, one i think is something like Low fierce, whiff low short, low fierce, whiff low short, etc. The other is something like that bouncy eye thing into the corner over and over. shrug. Psylocke: Doesn't have one as far as I know. Is that everyone? I foret. Hidden Characters: Anita: Normal Jump: Against a grounded opponent do Jumping Jab -> Jumping Short -> Jumping Strong -> Jumping Forward -> Fierce -> Roundhouse, land and repeat jumping sequence. One of the easiest infinites of all time. Normal Jump 2: Low Roundhouse, Low Short (OTG), Jumping Jab -> Strong -> Fierce, land and repeat jumping sequence. I think thats it. You can set it up off of a throw as well, just have to OTG after the throw. Dr. Doom: Jump Short -> Fierce, land and repeat. Opponent must be on the ground for this one to work. something like standing jab, jump up and hit roundhouse as soon as possible, land and dash in with jab, repeat. Thanos: A lot of stupid stuff, including but not limited to: Low Roundhouse, repeat. Bubble, fierce or roundhouse xx bubble, repeat. Launch /\ jab, short xx that shoulder charge thing, land and repeat or something like that. I think that is everyone and everything. I'm sure I missed something, oh well. Low strong->hyper grav(i think this is how you combo into into vs big guys)[jump straight up, as you're landing,hit forward\/stand roundhousexxhyper grav] x n Also, don't forget to check out the japanase site, as it update quite frequently and has the largest collection of Msh inf on the net afaik. Chaos Dimension, grab B. sj.short-strong-fwd-up+fierce, sj.strong-dn+fierce, c.jab-s.fwd-Chaos Dimension, grab Explanations for the non-obvious parts: After the first sj.up+fierce, you must connect the sj.strong at the VERY LOWEST POINT of its hitboxes, otherwise the sj.dn+fierce will whiff. The timing can be learned but is not easy IMO. (Probably just practice or lack thereof.) The c.fierce-c.rh must be done early, much earlier than I anticipated. The c.fierce is basically a "meaty" hit that they fall into. They will be dizzy after being hit with the c.RH (50 rating characters should actually be dizzy on the fierce, but this is untested.) If you start this combo with 10%+ meter, then by the time you get to A/B choice your meter will be full, at which point you can just CD grab and kill them. (The dizzy combo does about 60% damage, which SHOULD make this a TOD. Unverified, though; I've noticed that Spidey's psuedo-FS combo will do anywhere from 30-50% depending on how much life the opponent has. This may also be related to MSH's clock-related damage reduction though. But I digress.) If you started the combo with no meter, then you need to do another psuedo-FS and then you will have the level to do the CD. Anyway, this would seem to mean that since any kick throw by Shuma leads to a launch, if you get thrown or launched within one screen of the corner, you are dead. No infinite needed.
